DJIO Error

I have a pair of TT500, a behringer 100 mixer and Cue and just bought djio but i cant get it to work. i have downloaded the ASIO driver but when i click on the timecode option in CUE i get error saying Error in the Asio Sound driver: not enough channels.

in the djio i connected the output 1 and 2 to the line 1 and 2 on the mixer and my turntables are connected to phone 1 and 2 respectively then the usb to the laptop.

Am i missing anything, help needed pls!

  • Your not trying to run time code vinyls are you? If your having problems with the DjIO's outputs you would first want to make sure everything is up to date.

http://www.numark.com/djio (click on documents & downloads then pick you operating system.)

When this interface is installed correctly you should be able to see all of its "in's and out's" on the CUE software. Theres a few ways to set up routing in the software but neither way is the 'correct way'. It is all up to you and how you want to work.
