Hello sorry you are having an issue, how long have you had the unit? Where did you purchase it?

I'm having the same problem. I live in Canada and there's no where to get it repaired. Even if i can get the part.. i would fix it myself because I'm a busy dj.

It looks like I am going to have to use my pro coverage for my NS-6 button issue. I had three cue buttons, and my delete all go on my right channel in the middle of a huge set.....wicked bummer. thank god the left deck was OK. Really has made me question the durability of this product. I have only had it about 4 months. My NS 7 took hundreds of gigs and never came close to dropping any of the buttons.

I'm pissed I bought a numark ns6 and after 2 months the cue button broke.I sent it back to Numark via Guitar Center and it was shipped Nov. 16 2011 and it arrived Nov. 30, 2011. I called Numerk to check for status on ns6 and I was told it would take up to 1 month for repairs to be done thats the best case scenerio and worst case if the parts aren't available it could take up to 3 months.....When I spoke to tech support on the phone I was told it would be a very fast turnaround because it was only a cue button.... now this.. All I can say is Wow.. All this holiday money I'm not going to make :-(

Dont send it to Numark for repairs. They will keep it forever, mine has been held captive by Numark for 3 weeks now and they still haven't looked at it. You'd do better fixing it yourself. unless you have a backup system. mine will be gone a month December 10th...
Its sad because I was told by a technician to call back every week for updates
Its a sad thing Numark has no automated system to email or accept calls gibing status of equipment.......
Numark I'm sending you my cell phone bill with calls I amde to you that I was on hold for an hour each call just to hear a tech tell me we're still checking out your ns6

Disgraceful.
I too have been sitting on hold for over a half an hour. Starting to think that I bought a garbage product backed up by garbage support.
For shame Numark. I will be getting this repaired through my warranty I purchased, Then I will sell it and go to a real product. I certainly will be sure to help anyone avoid such an issue in the future by telling them to stay away from Numark.

Same problem here.
Bought the pruduct 'bout 4 moths ago from thomann. Now right side deck's cue 1 is inside the controller.
This ain't a problem that should appear after 4 months normal use! Where can I get support for this and does the warranty cover it?
